    1. Hi Nancy, yes it's a wonderful place, they have a coffee shop in house and carry some great pastry. I have some every time I go there. After I have coffee I just sit and relax for an hour or so.

  3. You have better garden centers in Edmonton than we have in Red Deer.

    1. Hi Red, this garden Center is just outside of Sherwood Park on the YellowHead highway. We have quite a few Great Garden Centers around the Edmonton area.

    1. They set up the coffee shop years ago so that the people that just window shop can have a coffee and view the beautiful flowers and plants, this way they can keep the store open all year round. They also sell jewelry, and clothes, footwear. Also they sell art, and garden art, and much much more, as well as plants..

  5. Hi Horst, It has been awhile. I came by to see some beautiful flowers, and so glad I did. I am not disappointed in the least. Your flowers are like a breath of fresh air. It has been such a long, harsh winter for so many of us. What a wonderful place to go and have a nice hot cup of coffee, tea, or whatever, and enjoy such Beautiful vivid scenery,
Hope you are feeling better, and soon over that nasty cold.
    Take care. Dianne :)

  7. Could you get me a coffee and apple pie in please Horst? ;) I am speeding my way over to this garden centre right now! Those pink/green flowers are a fantastic contrast of colours with the fiery ones in the last photo. Such richness and variety of colour and design. It looks very fresh and relaxing in the greenery one and the water feature in the earlier pic, I could almost hear the flow of the water...With such warm spring weather arriving so early in the year here, our plants are already blooming and the trees starting to bud. You've got me thinking about trying out that new camera I purchased on the local fauna now! Hope spring is on it's way for you too, and the snow continues to melt nicely for your photographic pleasure :)

  8. Hello Horst,

I liked your video. I cant' criticize it because I still didn't learn how to make a video. That is why I watched your video and simply enjoyed it.

I love your flowers. It was such a long and cold winter in Utah this year that it's so enjoyable to see your flowers. Your pictures are remarkable.

    Very best wishes to you.

  9. I haven't been getting any notification of your postings Horst, so apologies for not visiting. I love the pictures especially the Main pool with the waterfall, The hosta on top is just like the icing on the cake, figuratively speaking. I do like water features in a garden.
