  5. Wish I had a garden centre like that near me...I would be often visiting it, and no doubt spending lots of money as well, but the place does ooze tranquillity, this peacefulness coming across via your wonderful photo paintings.

    1. Think of it, as a small holder you could start a greenhouse like this in your area. How would the locals enjoy that? Start out small.

  7. Awesome photos Horst, my favorite time of year for photography is spring, its like a new year has just begun with everything renewed & fresh.. Its also nice to get out & not freeze to death with camera in hand! :-)

  8. Very nice shots Horst. I really like that first fountain..very zen looking. I would love to find one that ran off a solar panel.. maybe someday.

  10. That hydrangea is a stunning colour, have you touched it up? Ours here are much paler or they are blue. Love all the photos you have takes at the garden centre. Have a good weekend Diane

    1. Hi Diane, no I haven't touched the Hydrangea color at all. I am told that the color depends on the soil, alkaline or sweet . Have your soil tested and see what should be done to get the color you want.

    2. Horst I know that the soil affects the colour changes, but that is such a stunning colour I wanted to be sure it was real. I will certainly have a go at some of my soil as that is just beautiful. Thanks for answering my query. Keep well Diane

    I had frost this morning so it's going to take a couple of weeks before I plant out.
