  4. These are beautiful, and bring back memories of my grandparents small farm. I remember when they brought in the shieves with horse and wagon. I loved riding on the wagon.
Nice work Horst. Definitely wall hangers.

  8. Wonderful work Horst, are these the same horses you posted a while back? They're amazing and definitely would make fantastic wall hangings, done up on canvas I'm thinking.

Very nice header and a very Happy Valentine's Day to you as well! Cheers.

  11. These photos were taken at The Ukrainian Cultural Village Museum. There are very few places that use Horses for harvest time these days. The people that take part are Horse lovers, they keep the horse because they love them and love to work them on important occasions. The horses that are used at the museum are from private farmers, that donate their time for these occasions.

    1. Hey Carole, I was just on their web site and they have added many more old buildings to the Ukrainian cultural Heritage Museum. I will have to go again this year to see what else I can photograph.

    1. Sorry Magda, I didn't realize that I had word verification on, I went and turned it off. It's funny that they don't tell anyone(Google)that the settings have changed automatically.

    1. Hi Tammy, if you need to know anything about filters just ask. I used to use lots of different filters when I did a lot of B&W. Got all kinds of great results. Have fun finding painting effects. I'm sure you'll find some great effects.
